Pricing and commission
Simple and transparent for both sides.
For patients
You pay the session fee shown on the physiotherapist’s profile. There is no booking fee. You can pay cash at the session or, when enabled, online.
For physiotherapists
You set your own fees. The platform deducts a commission from each completed session. The current standard commission is 12% of the session fee. For example, on a Rs 3,500 session the commission is Rs 420 and you receive Rs 3,080. Every booking shows the breakdown. Any change to the rate is announced in advance.
Cancellations
Patients can cancel free of charge until 12 hours before a confirmed session. Later cancellations may carry a 25% fee. If a physiotherapist cancels, the patient is never charged. These rules can be adjusted by the platform and the current values are applied at booking time.
