What we collect
Account details (name, mobile number, email), your city and booking details. Physiotherapists also provide CNIC and professional documents for verification. Patients may upload medical documents.
How we use it
To create your account, show verified physiotherapists, process bookings, send notifications about your appointments, prevent fraud and keep the platform safe.
Who can see it
Physiotherapists see the details needed to treat you after you book. Patient contact details are shared with a physiotherapist only after they confirm your booking. Medical documents are shared only if you allow it. Our staff access sensitive documents only for verification and support, and that access is logged.
Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Documents are stored privately. We use short-lived sign-in sessions and limit repeated login attempts.
Your choices
You can update your profile, change sharing settings and ask us to correct or delete your account by contacting support. Some records may be kept where required for safety, disputes or legal reasons.
Retention and changes
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. We will update this policy as the service grows and tell you about material changes.
