The terms that apply when you use Physiotherapy to find, book and manage physiotherapy appointments in Pakistan.

The service
Physiotherapy is a platform that lets patients find and book independent, verified physiotherapists. Physiotherapists are independent professionals; they are not employees of Physiotherapy.
Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep your password private. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Bookings and payments
A booking is a request until the physiotherapist confirms it. Fees are set by physiotherapists and shown before you book. Cancellation rules shown at booking apply. Online payments may be unavailable or simulated until a payment provider is connected.
Physiotherapist responsibilities
Physiotherapists must hold the qualifications and registrations they declare, provide care with reasonable skill, and keep patient information confidential.
Limits
We verify documents at the time of approval but do not supervise treatment. Nothing on the platform is a guarantee of results.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. They are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
