How we verify physiotherapists

• CNIC (front and back) is submitted and reviewed by our team.
• Degree or qualification documents are reviewed.
• Professional registration details are recorded and checked.
• Only approved profiles are public. Applications can be returned with change requests or rejected.

The “Verified” badge means these checks were completed by our team at the time of approval. It is not a guarantee of treatment outcomes.

Protecting your information

Medical documents are private by default and only shared with physiotherapists you choose. Our team does not browse patient medical files. Access to sensitive documents is logged.

If something goes wrong

You can report a problem through support. We can suspend an account while we investigate.

In an emergency call 1122 or go to the nearest hospital. Physiotherapy does not replace emergency care.
